Returns

Important: Please read our Return Policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.

How to start the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@movena.nl with your order number, reason for return, and if applicable, a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact details.

Refunds:

Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 30 days to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at contact@ameliawardrobe.com.

Costs:

Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace for your return, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, with costs starting from €20, to be covered by the customer.

Exceptions:

Defective or wrong products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the same issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated system.
